Damion Topping is an experienced leader, mentor, and coach driven by a life purpose to share and influenced by a philosophy of “mission first, people aways” elevating the value of people as the root of all accomplishment.
With a background in analytics and insights across multiple industries, and having lived on four continents visiting countless countries, his perspectives are uniquely encompassing from numerous angles offering more than one way to frame a situation and facilitating multiple paths to success.
Damion's background includes:

Military Veteran – West Point graduate, army officer, leading and mentoring with ultimate responsibilities for the lives, well-being, and development of the soldiers with whom he was privileged to serve

Business Leader – identifying, coaching, and developing talent in service to building high-performing teams and organizations; successes measured in the trajectories of the careers and lives of those he led (from managers to directors, senior vice presidents, and CEOs)
